Nikki Butlin is a straight-talking business leader, speaker, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of front-line SME experience.

Raised in a business-focused family, Nikki watched her father, Peter, grow a small double-glazing company into a multi-million-pound success story. That early exposure to hard work, resilience, and ambition shaped the way she approaches business today.

Starting out in administration, Nikki quickly worked her way through business development, finance, operations, and leadership roles before stepping into directorship positions herself.

 

From start-up to scale-up and everything in between she has lived the realities of business firsthand.

Like many business owners, she has faced setbacks, pressure, burnout, and personal challenges along the way.  But through every challenge, she kept moving forward with determination, humour, and perspective.
