Fears can create many difficult and uncomfortable situations for the

Fertility
Hypnotherapy can address the psychological issues behind problems with
conception once all medical / physical routes have been explored. Therefore if you have been told that there is no physical
reason that you cannot conceive we can look at any psychological issues. This will normally involve analytical techniques
to locate "hidden" subconscious reasons for not allowing pregnancy to be achieved.
Grief (unresolved)
Grieving for a loved one is a natural human process that can last anywhere from 6
months to 2 years. Occassionally an individual can experience grief for longer periods of time than normal. In
this instance we can explore any reasons why the individual may be having trouble with moving on from the loss. A full
consultation is carried our prior to therapy.
Goal Achievement
By focussing on what it is you want to achieve I can tailor
the therapy using techniques that will enhance your natural abilities to achieve your desired goal. You have all the

Insomnia / Sleeping Difficulties
All of us have the odd bad nights sleep at times but when it's constant and you haven't
slept well for a long period of time, the knock on effects into the rest of your life can be very distressing. This
issue may require GP's consent prior to any hypnotherapy taking place to ensure that there are no medical reasons to the condition.
Once granted we can begin work on finding the causes of the sleepness nights and embedding commands to finally achieve that
full nights sleep.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
IBS is extremely common and responds very well to Hypnotherapy. Research and studies
have shown am 85% success rate using this technique once all medical routes have been explored.
Pain Control
Many people are suffering everyday with pain that cannot be treated by orthodox medicines.
Where all medical routes have been explored and GP consent is given we can use hypnotherapy to create pain relief to the areas
of the body that require it. Stress reduction and other techniques for creating the mind's own anaesthetic can bring
relief to those areas previously in so much discomfort. A thorough discussion will take place prior to any treatment
of course.
Panic Attacks
Panic attacks can be devastating to the individual suffering them.
Others around you may not be able to understand your condition and ask you to "snap out of it" but to the sufferer the threat
is real and present. Using advanced hypnotherapy techniques I can help you to discover the underlying cause to the attacks

Phobias
There are literally thousands of phobias, each one truly distressing
for the individual concerned. Remember this however; the likelihood is that you were not born with your phobia and so
it must have come from somewhere or some event or even learnt from another person. Using analytical therapy we can unlock
the original sensitising events that caused the emotional distress and any future events that are linked to it and resolve
them in the subconscious. Once the events have been brought to the surface the "symptom" which is the phobia itself,
will almost certainly disappear.
Public Speaking
Business Presentations, Wedding Speeches, or the local Drama Production
all need people with good public speaking skills. Using visualisation hypnosis I can have you imagine you are standing
in front of a whole room of people speaking comfortably, at the right volume and the right speed. You will feel

THERAPY TYPES
HYPNOTHERAPY
There are two main types of Hypnotherapy that I use; SUGGESTION and
ANALYTICAL.
Suggestion based therapy involves the therapist making suggestions to the the client's subconscious
mind to be picked up during the hypnotic / relaxed state. These suggestions are then embedded into the subconscious to
override previous habits or behaviours. Suggestion therapy is used for things such as quit smoking and nail biting.
Analytical therapy involves finding the underlying causes of the presenting issues from
the client. In the hypnotic state the subconscious mind is more open and free to explore emotional events and happenings.
Analytical therapy is used for issues such as phobias and emotional problems.

PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy is a "talking" therapy. Often by talking through
an issue with someone who is formally qualified it can offer a different angle to a situation. Also they can ask questions
that you haven't been asked before which can result in a significant change in thought processes.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)
CBT works on our thoughts - the "cognitive" aspect and how our thoughts affect
our behaviour. If we are constantly experiencing negative thought processes this will have an affect on the way we behave.
If we can study and explore the origins of these thought processes we can look to change them to create a postive mind-set
thus resulting in new positive behaviour.
NLP
NLP stands for "Neuro Linguistic Programming". NLP is a form of therapy that
was developed by Richard Bandler in the 1970's by following how other successful people worked and behaved in certain situations.
By modelling these responses a therapy format was developed to show people different ways of acting when faced with different
problems. NLP is a great therapy and the results can be extremely quick and long-lasting.
