therapy is for people who are too busy to attend face to face meetings with me or who do not require that level of contact.
It uses email to help with various situations and offers advice and techniques to use at home, in your time and at
your own pace.

What does it cost?
The
first email enquiry and feedback is FREE allowing you to ask as many questions about the process as you wish. You will
be required to fill out a consultation form to assess whether you are suitable for this method of therapy. Once we have
agreed that you can achieve what you want via the email method then we can proceed.
Each email from me costs just £10
each and offers advice, tips and suggestions. There may be questions for you to answer or exercises to carry out, all for
the benefit of you getting to your goal.
Occassionally sound files may be suggested that will assist you and which
you can use whenever you wish and then have to keep. These are additional in cost (£5 each) and will be offered to you
when appropriate.
